Prodotto con uve autoctone provenienti dall’omonimo vigneto di Pedemonte. Dopo la fermentazione alcolica e malolattica, il vino affina in acciaio e 2 mesi in bottiglia.
Fresco e fruttato, con spiccate note pepate, è il tipico vino quotidiano da tutto pasto.
Valpolicella molto versatile, si abbina dagli antipasti di salumi ai primi piatti di pasta, a carni bianche e rosse, a piatti a base di pesce, a formaggi molli e freschi.

This wine is produced from indigenous grapes that come from the vineyard of the same name located in Pedemonte. Following alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine is refined in stainless steel and then in the bottle for two months.
